•Please note: Final prizes will be announced at noon on Friday, November 8th. Hourly prizes will be listed on the Fayette Gives website through 7 p.m. on November 7th. Once the grand finale prizes are determined, prize money will be added to each prize-winning charity's total and posted on the leaderboards at noon on Friday, November 8th.

•Transparency, fairness, and accuracy are very important to the Community Foundation of Fayette County. The online platform generates prize winners using entered criteria such as time period, charity size, etc. and uses an automated random selection process, when applicable.

•Charities are exclusively assigned to one charity size, based on information provided by charities at the time of registration and reviewed by the Community Foundation of Fayette County. Charity size is determined by asset size, according to a charity’s current Form 990: Small $0 - $50,000; Medium $50,001 - $1,000,000; Large $1,000,001 +.

•Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) will be used to govern all time-specific prizes.

•Please review the criteria and eligibility requirements for each prize, including donation methods.

•Charities may be limited to one prize in some prize categories. The next qualifying charity will be awarded the prize should a charity exceed its maximum allowed number of prizes for a category.

•Tie-breakers: If there is a tie for any time period for total number of unique donors, gifts, or dollar amount raised, the prize money will be split evenly between the qualified candidates.

•For random selection prizes, each donation constitutes one entry. If a charity receives 10 donations during the specified timeframe for a random selection prize, the charity has 10 entries.

•Prizes are subject to change based on the discretion of the Community Foundation of Fayette County. CFFC reserves the right to edit, change, or remove any of the above prizes from Fayette Gives. Awarded prizes are subject to audit and will be finalized by CFFC within 20 business days of Fayette Gives day. Prizes may be revoked or withheld if gifts can’t be validated or if donations do not qualify as “Unique Donations,” including falsifying donor email addresses or matches. A “Gift” or “Unique Donation” is defined as one gift of $25 or more to one charity from one donor (defined by their email address). The Community Foundation of Fayette County reserves the right to change winners if necessary or disqualify any charities from prizes if, in our determination, a charity is not engaging in fair play.

•Prize winners will be posted on the fayettegives.org prize page and on CFFC’s Facebook page @cffayettepa. The Community Foundation of Fayette County will award any prize winnings with a charity’s final Fayette Gives payout. Charities’ final distribution will be made by December 31 of the Fayette Gives day’s current year.

•Donations must meet the $25 per charity minimum to be included for prize opportunities.

•The Community Foundation of Fayette County is not eligible to receive prizes.
